App review test guide

Store Translate AI helps merchants translate Shopify content, URLs, image alt text, theme text, and menus from inside the Shopify admin.

Recommended review path

1. Install the app on a development store through Shopify OAuth.
2. Open the embedded app in Shopify Admin.
3. Enable at least one secondary Shopify language.
4. The managed translation service is ready without provider setup.
5. Open Translation or Links / URLs and launch a small test job on one resource and one locale.
6. Open Jobs or History to review progress, errors, speed, and retry controls.
7. Open Selector if you want to check the storefront language/currency selector extension.

Billing

Paid plans use Shopify Billing. The free plan remains available for testing core screens without approving a paid charge.

Data and privacy

Service credentials stay on Store Translate AI servers. Uninstall and shop-redact webhooks delete shop-scoped sessions, settings, jobs, memory, logs, benchmarks, audit rows, and rollback records.
